We know - nobody loves reading terms and conditions. But we believe in being open and clear about how we work, so everyone knows what to expect from the start.
These terms are here to make sure things run smoothly for both of us — you, our customer, and us, the Cleva Services team. They help protect everyone’s time, effort, and peace of mind.
We’ll always do our best to deliver great service, show up when we say we will, and communicate honestly if something changes. In return, we just ask for the same — fair notice, clear information, and mutual respect.
We keep things simple:

You agree to provide accurate details and access so we can do our job properly.
If anything unexpected happens, we’ll work together to sort it quickly and fairly.

Our Promise to You
At CLEVA Services, we believe a clean space brings calm and confidence. Our commitment is to deliver professional, reliable, and trustworthy cleaning services — every time. We aim to build lasting relationships with our customers through honesty, transparency, and care.
Definitions
“Company” – Cleva Services.
“Client” or “Customer” – the person or organisation booking the service.
“Service” – cleaning work as described in the booking confirmation.
Bookings & Confirmation
Bookings can be made online, by email, or by phone.
Your appointment is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from CLEVA Services.
Clients must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
Quotes are based on information provided; any inaccuracies may affect pricing or timing.
Access to Property
Please ensure the cleaner can access the property at the agreed time.
If we cannot gain entry within 15 minutes, the visit may be treated as a same-day cancellation.
If the client is not present, keys or codes must be provided securely beforehand.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the best service:
Remove valuables, cash, and personal documents.
Inform us of any hazards (pets, alarms, fragile areas, etc.).
Provide access to electricity and running water.
Share any allergies or product preferences before the visit.
Cancellations & Amendments
We understand plans can change. To help us support all customers fairly:
Free cancellation – up to 8 hours before your booking.
50% charge – 4–8 hours before.
80% charge – under 4 hours or if we arrive and can’t access the property.
Full charge – once the cleaning has started
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within the notice period.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise.
Accepted methods: bank transfer, card, or online link.
Late payments may incur a £25 admin fee plus 3% interest above the Bank of England base rate.
Quality Assurance
If anything isn’t right, please contact us within 24 hours.
We’ll re-clean or correct the issue at no charge — your satisfaction comes first.
Liability & Insurance
We hold full Public Liability and Employers’ Liability Insurance.
Our liability is limited to the total value of the booking.
We cannot accept responsibility for:
o Pre-existing damage or wear
o Items unsuited to standard cleaning methods
o Cash, jewellery, plants, pets, or sentimental valuables
C Services is not liable once the cleaner has locked and left the property.
Health & Safety
Our team follow UK Health & Safety guidance and wear appropriate PPE.
Unsafe working conditions (e.g., exposed wiring, aggressive pets) may result in paused or cancelled service.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delay or cancellation due to events beyond our control such as weather, illness, or road closures.
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to withdraw service for:
Unsafe conditions
Abusive behaviour towards staff
Non-payment
Repeated last-minute cancellations
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Business Policy Commitments
At CLEVA Services we:
Train, insure, and background-check all staff.
Maintain safe, sanitised equipment and vehicles.
Use eco-friendly cleaning products whenever possible.
Uphold respect, professionalism, and punctuality on every visit.

Our Commitment
We promise to:
Treat your belongings and property with care and respect.
Arrive on time and communicate clearly.
Keep your move as efficient and stress-free as possible.
Respond quickly if something doesn’t go as planned.
Bookings
Book online, by email, or by phone — once confirmed in writing and deposit received, your slot is secured.
Please ensure details (addresses, stairs, access, etc.) are accurate so we can prepare the right team and vehicle.
Cancellations & Changes
We plan every move carefully — if you need to cancel or change:
10+ working days’ notice – no charge.
5–10 days’ notice – 30 % of total fee.
Less than 5 days’ notice – 60 %.
Within 24 hours or on the day – up to 100 %.
On the Day
To help us keep your move running smoothly:
Please arrange parking and access in advance.
Disconnect and prepare appliances unless we’re handling this for you.
Pack items safely (or book our packing service).
Have a responsible adult on-site.
If we’re delayed because of blocked access or waiting time beyond 30 minutes, additional charges may apply.
Insurance & Liability
We hold Public Liability, Employers’ Liability, and Goods-in-Transit insurance.
Our standard liability is £40 per item, with enhanced protection available if agreed in writing.
We cannot carry cash, jewellery, hazardous goods, perishables, or plants.
Payments
Deposit (50%) payment is require on day of booking to secure the booking with remainder of Payment due on completion unless agreed otherwise.
Accepted: bank transfer, Cash, or online link.
Late payments may incur a small admin fee.
If Something Goes Wrong
Please report any damage or concern within 24 hours.
We’ll investigate and aim to resolve fairly and quickly.
Your Safety & Ours
We follow strict Health & Safety standards and manual-handling training.
Unsafe or abusive environments may lead to paused or cancelled service.
Eco & Community Values
We care for our environment — we re-use boxes, recycle packaging, and maintain fuel-efficient vehicles.
